UL Series String wound filter cartridges are depth filters. The filter media is a continuous wound fiber with high-perfor-mance. All yarns are prewashed to get rid of contaminants and TOC, resulting in faster rinse up and startup. The length of the cartridge with a big filtration area is up to 70inch (1778mm) which reduces the number of uses for this filter cartridge with uniform low pressure drop and the required dimension of housings. The long service life and high flow rate result in lower investment and less manpower cost in many applications.
